Job Title: Wrap Up
Job Summary:
The associate is responsible for preparing the body of the truck for painting. This position requires removing loose items, sanding, cleaning off hydraulic oil, grease, and contaminants, and taping off the truck for final painting. The associate is responsible for properly storing all materials and disposal of rags.
Responsibilities, Duties and Physical Requirements:
Clean off hydraulic oil, grease, and contaminants
Repair damage
Sand body of truck
Mask off parts and areas of trucks not to be painted
Caulk all open seams
Paint utility vehicles
Maintain adequate supply of materials needed to perform tasks effectively.
Effectively clean and maintain machinery, equipment, and work areas
Perform appropriate duties as assigned by management
Maintain a safe and clean work space
Follow established safety rules and regulations
Must be capable of lifting 50lbs
Must be able to bend and stoop
Qualifications and Skills:
Auto body or automotive paint experience preferred
Committed to quality, safety and communication
Team-oriented and self-directed
Background check required
Drug test required
HSD/GED required
