ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provides hands-on operation to maintain production with overall efficiency and quality.
- Operates 360 printing machine to print the artwork onto the sock.
- Evaluates the printed sock to ensure the quality of the print is correct based on product specifications.
- Troubleshoots printing machine problems and print quality issues.
- Performs other tasks as directed by leadership.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience with computers.
- Textile manufacturing experience a plus.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to read, write and speak English fluently.
- Works efficiently as a team player.

- Must have the ability to prioritize and multi-task.
- Flexible and adaptive, open to change.

- Position requires frequent movement between machines and adjacent work areas.
- Requires standing for long periods of time while operating the printing machines.
- Frequent side to side movement to put the sock on the cylinders and remove socks from the cylinders, cycle time approximately 1-2 minutes.
- Must be able to occasionally lift 35 pounds unassisted.
- Requires hand-eye coordination for computer related work.
- Frequently communicates with co-workers.
- Consistent daily attendance required.
