Job Description
Job Title: CNC Operator
Job Summary:
Perform a normal range of turning, drilling, tapping, reaming, boring, facing and similar machining operations on single or multiple spindle automatics to produce a variety of parts of various materials such as steel, brass, bronze, aluminum, etc. Follow definite routine and detailed instructions. Operate only after set-ups have been made and checked by others. Replace wires, gauge work, make minor adjustments as necessary to maintain required tolerance. Notify superior of necessity for sharpening or replacing dull tools. Remove chips, clean machine and work area, oil and grease machines as required.
Responsibilities, Duties and Physical Requirements:

Effectively clean and maintain machinery, equipment, and work areas
Replace wires, gauge work, make minor adjustments as necessary to maintain required tolerance
Maintain a safe and clean work space
Qualifications and Skills:
Committed to quality, safety and communication
Must be mechanically inclined prefers someone with experienced but will train
Follow established safety rules and regulations
Must be capable of lifting 50lbs
Must be able to bend and stoop
Drug test required
